[Plymouth, MN, October 11, 2024] Seacole has hired a new assistant production manager for its production and warehouse operations.
Ravindranauth “Ravi” Raghubir joined the Seacole team in April 2023 as a production worker after more than 10 years in the chemical industry. His excellent work, personal motivation, and willingness to learn and help others gained the notice of his supervisors. In July 2023, Mr. Raghubir was promoted to assistant production manager.
As assistant production manager, Mr. Raghubir supervises production department personnel to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate production department functions. He also has a hand in developing and implementing department policies and procedures.
“Ravi’s outstanding work and work ethic have made our production team stronger,” explains Seacole owner Gregg Elliott. “We look forward to helping him grow as a leader in our production department.”
