Product Description

PRO/Strip 2101-B is the second step of a twostep, nitric acid based tin and tin-lead stripping solution designed specifically for dual tank dip applications. PRO/Strip 2101-B is designed to remove the copper-tin intermetallic layer, not stripped by PRO/Strip 2100S Special during the first step. Additionally, PRO/Strip 2101-B will clean the copper and deposit an anti-tarnish coating, leaving a very stable, uniform, and bright finish ideal for AOI inspection.

Performance Features

PRO/Strip 2101-B can be used at 50% by volume in water, thereby making the dual package of 2100S Special and 2101-B the most economical method to strip tin and/or solder etch resists.
PRO/Strip 2101-B contains copper cleaners and will deposit an anti-tarnish coating, assuring a uniform and bright copper finish ideal for AOI inspection.
PRO/Strip 2101-B is stable in the presence of free copper, assuring a long operating life.
