Mr. Thomas joined the Seacole team in April 2024. Since then, he has built strong relationships with Seacole’s broad supplier base and customers across its sales territories. He is a team player with a willingness to help and has displayed excellent leadership skills with sales and service personnel. As a result, Mr. Thomas is well-respected and trusted by the Seacole sales team, customers, and the company’s supplier base.
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Thomas sets and implements Seacole’s sales strategy, leading the sales team in achieving annual sales goals, identifying and closing new customers, cultivating new business from existing accounts, and expanding Seacole’s territories and supplier base.
Additionally, Mr. Thomas oversees the sales team’s daily operations and develops current and new sales team members to serve the surface finishing, printed wiring board, industrial cleaning, microelectronics, and medical device manufacturing markets.
