We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Customer Service Supervisor.  If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, while providing excellent customer service, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs the daily duties of a Customer Service Representative (order entry).
  • Supervises the daily performance of the Customer Service Department.
  • Ensures the effective performance of Customer Service department functions.
  • Implements customer service policies and procedures that support company-wide strategic goals.
  • Ensures effective technical service is provided to customers.
  • Supervises Customer Service Personnel to ensure optimal performance.
  • Trains and directs Customer Service personnel, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Alongside the Director of Office Operations, performs employee appraisals.
  • Assists the Director of Office Operations in recruiting and hiring new Customer Service Employees.
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
  • Completes miscellaneous customer service functions and special projects as assigned.
  • Together with the Director of Office Operations, is responsible for improving overall performance of the department, including efficiencies in processes.

Job Requirementsnt:

  • Must be able to work independently, and with the Customer Service team, as well as with multiple departments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a Customer Service Department preferred.

Salary: from $60,000.00 per year, depending on experience

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Experience: Customer Service Department Supervision: 5 years (Preferred)
