We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Customer Service Supervisor. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, while providing excellent customer service, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs the daily duties of a Customer Service Representative (order entry).
- Supervises the daily performance of the Customer Service Department.
- Ensures the effective performance of Customer Service department functions.
- Implements customer service policies and procedures that support company-wide strategic goals.
- Ensures effective technical service is provided to customers.
- Supervises Customer Service Personnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Trains and directs Customer Service personnel, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Alongside the Director of Office Operations, performs employee appraisals.
- Assists the Director of Office Operations in recruiting and hiring new Customer Service Employees.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
- Completes miscellaneous customer service functions and special projects as assigned.
- Together with the Director of Office Operations, is responsible for improving overall performance of the department, including efficiencies in processes.
Job Requirementsnt:
- Must be able to work independently, and with the Customer Service team, as well as with multiple departments.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a Customer Service Department preferred.
